this little jack russel belongs to the guys at ultimate bootcamp, which i go to in freshwater 3 times a week. its great, hard, but fun, and i feel so much better for it. like last friday, we had to run for 4km, theres no way i could have done that before i started bootcamp 3 months ago. i’m not so keen on running if the truth be known, i tried to motivate myself to run along the beach in the mornings, i think i managed it twice!.jpg "blog02")
